Complaint Review: Lavene Tullis & Fingerhut

Lavene Tullis is my exwife of two & a half years.She had her last name changed in the divorce decree but not at Fingerhut.

She used my last name in her transactions.She decides to let her bills go to a collection agency so I would be charged with them.

I paid the phone bill because the phone co. said I was liable since the account was opened while we were married.She even got a new number when she moved.The phone co. didn`t even ask me if they could change the number.She had asked them while using my last name to keep from paying any charges.

About a month later I find this Fingerhut bill attached to my windshield wiper when I left church.My name with her address on the bill.

I believe she should have to pay both bills.This is fraud.It is also cruel & degrading.I am on SS & can`t afford this.
