Complaint Review: lavino ageless cream

I responded for a sample of face cream and eye cream.  I returned both.  I was charged $180, disputed on my credit card three times.  I contacted the company, they were rude and very nasty. told me I could not prove I retunred it so I am stuck with the charge.  When I called again they prtended not to speak englis and hung up on me 4 times.  

Corresponded with my credit card comany again, had the charge removed then put back on with lavino stating I had no leg to stand on.  I called again and the womeh said i could do nothing and told me to go F(*& myself that they can do whatever they want.
