Lavish Dreams Lavish Dreams Online Never sent products bought Internet, California
I placed an order on their website. Their website states products are shipped within 7 days though they try to send them earlier. A month later, I still did not receive my products. I tried emailing and calling the numbers on the website. A week after emailing them, I finally got a response saying my order would be shipped that Friday or the beginning of the following week...I never received my products. The number they give is someone's cell number and they never answer. I left a message and text with no response.
I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to request a reimbursement which they were kind enough to do. Now they are dealing with the dispute with Lavish Dreams.
