Law Firm For US National Bank wanted to know who my lawyer was cuz going to court for unpaid payday loan San Bernadino And Culver Citysan Bernadino And Culver City California
I received a call from a woman with a middle eastern or foreign accent saying they are the law firm representing us national bank for an unpaid pay day loan and that they are going to take me to court tomorrow and wanted to know my lawyers name. They said I owed 1094 dollars but could not tell me what the loan amount was for only it was taken out december 6 2007 and that is what I owed with interest. I was shocked and did not recall taking a loanout but they knew myfriends and families name who I listed as references before on a pay day loan my bank account number and last 4 of my ssn. I was suckered into giving my credit card info by all the facts then thought about it and they cannot take me to court without me being subpoenaed and giving time for preperation. I called my bank and we went through my acount transactions to verify if i received any unknown cash inmy account. aside from my direct deposit of my paycheck and my wifes and 1 hand delivered deposit I received no other money.. I had my bank cancel my card but am notsure what to do now. ANyonehave similarsituations recently from the number 818 336 9384.

I just had the EXACT same thing happen to me!!! All day they have been calling me and telling me that I owe them 1495. Some things that were said tipped me off so I was able to freeze my bank account and debit card until further notice. But they got my ssn, my card number, my address out of me before I realized it was a scam. I live in AZ but am currently on vacation in northern Utah. I intend on taking this as far as I can take with the police. I want these people caught!! Oh and if you call the number back (818-336-9384) it rings a million times and then goes to an answering machine (?) and it sounds like a 900 number hotline. Its disgusting. They also left me voicemails on my cell where they pretended to be a sheriff, an Affidavit department at the bank and a lawyer for the U.S. National Bank. I am going to the sheriff first thing in the morning. I have Lat. and Long. coordinates for this "company" also. If anyone has any other info I would love to hear about it!!
