my name is julio **** i  applied for a 5000 loan with prism telemarketing on October 2009 but because of the high interest and fees i declined the offer.  Since may 2010 this people been harrassing calling my job and my home every other day of the week.  they change their names on all occassions once an officer mark greeno called with heavy pakistanian indian accent, then another time an officer by name of john justin saying that i owe $500.00 they have my information my email my address my job number my bank information.  They keep calling my old job and keep stating that im a criminal and to look out for me..

what is wrong with this people dont they have anything better to do.  this time they left another no. 410-988-1408 officer John Justin what kind of an idiot this people think i am??.  dont anyone fall for this, all of these individuals are scams.  Hopefully one day it will because i will not give them any type of funds, if they filing a suit against me then let it be, if this was something legitimate i would have gotten some kind of letter from company demanding payment but until now i have not.  They always say that they have 3 count charges against me and to send them a moneygram for 395.00.  guess what i will not do such a thing.  please stop this scam artist somehow.

These assholes are calling from India and their scam is To scare you into paying a "Loan' that doesn't exist.

They've somehow gotten online informtion and are pretending to be LAW of some kind, they're NOT.

Their Game plan is to scare you by threats like "Have the police at your door" or "Warrant has been signed" or "You're in big trouble" or similar lies, they usually say they're from "The Department of LAW and Justice" or similar scary FAKE NAMES.

You're NOT in trouble, they're just good Liars, Pay them NOTHING, they're only Slimy thieves.

When they call again tell them they're just thieves and hang up, they can't arrest you, It's just a scam.
