Complaint Review: Law office of Alan Laskin

I got a letter from this office recently, regarding an account I had with Washington Mutual...demanding payment of a debt.  They claim to be a debt collection agency, but after looking them up on Google, I discovered that they are a Personal Injury Law office...nowhere on their website did they even mention debt collections.  When they call my house number, their number shows up as Superlative Business Systems...I am confused...are they a debt collection office, personal injury law office, or a business law office??  They are located in California, I am in Connecticut...they usually call before 10:00am my time, which means they are making calls before 7:00am.  I do not even bother listening to the messages, because I know it's probably all BS, as most of the debt collection agencies I have dealt with have been.
