Law office of Janian&Associates Armen Janian paid this law firm 2300. for loan moderfication, did'nt hear from them so i call and lelf a message on their answering machine, since this is the way these people do bussiness after they get what the Glendale, California
I paid the law office of janian and associates 2300. to do a loan moderfication . The bank said they only heard from them once. they never call me to let me know what was going on . when i did hear from them through email. they told me I had a new negotiater ( the fifth one by the way.) finally I had enough lelf message on their answering machine that I was letting the house go. I finally receive a call from a lady name Jackie who works in personel she said she will be refunding my money in the amount of 2300. I only receive 500. they still owe me 1800. Jackie said she will be sending me 500. a month until the amount is paid in full. That was in march 15/2011. Havn't received the rest of my money . everytime i call i get a their voice message . i would like armen janian to give me the rest of my money in the same order i gave it to the full 1800. that is owe to me.

Seems they have another lawyer backing the operation now. They have changed the name yet all the same people are there still doing what they are doing. You won't get a response from Jackie. She will say she no longer works there yet she is in the office.
Please contact the State Bar office in Los Angeles. There is a program called Client Security Fund for lawyers that rip people off as these folks do left and right. They can help recoup some money you lost from Janian & Associates.
She said I was getting a check 6 weeks ago and still nothing. No one returns phone calls. I am taking them to small claims court and filing next week. Possible Class Action law suit to follow.
