Law Office Of Roni Deutch is a rip-off! These People Are Parasites. They Laugh At You. Sacramento California
I worked for The Law Office Of Roni Deutch. I started out as most employees do. I thought that I was doing a service for the working poor of our country. After about a year I found out that I was wrong. Roni has nothing or very little to do with representing her clients. She usually comes in for a couple of days a month if the number of new clients is at what she considers a low number. She's known for throwing temper tantrums in sales meeting and actually cussing while she screams and belittles her employees.
This is how it works. If you are hired by the firm as a "Director of Taxation Services" (telemarketer), you have 2 to three days of training by Russell Deutch and then he declares you to be "Tax Expert". In Russell's training class he simply tells in about 3 minutes how and Offer In Compromise (the firm's bread and butter) works. Then he has sit next to various other telemarketers on the floor to listen. He has you role play on the phone with him after he gives you 1 hour history of his "career in theater".
He gives you a list of pressure points to use in your sales. He calls using these pressure points "opening the wound and making them bleed". Such pressure points are "knock knock knock, Mr. Johnson, did you hear that? That's the IRS knocking on your door." Or "piece of mind is worth it's weight in gold". Russell told me that he laughed in his head with that one because thoughts are not tangible and have no weight. Russell just basically get's a huge pay check for feeling important, tall, acne free and looking busy. All of the "tax experts" are in contstant fear of their jobs.

Why Doesn't The IRS Do Anything About These Ripoff Lawyers?

I worked for Roni a few years ago. I was blown away by how greedy she is. I overheard her and her brother Russell talking on a walkie talkie from different offices concerning an irate client that had had no resolution to their case for a couple of years. Roni said she was instructing her staff to keep sending the irate client massive amounts of paperwork to fill out in hopes that the client wouldn't fill all of the paperwork out and she could therefore "fire" the client for non-participation because the client's case was taking up too much of her staff's time. How unprofessional is that? I've been calling the IRS's hotline at least three times a year since 1999 reporting a lot of abuses and infractions of attorney and tax laws since 1999. The IRS hasn't put her out of business yet. I wonder if she's paying them off too.

Scott Juceam told me that Roni gives her mother gifts that cost in the tens of thousands of dollars at company Christmas parties so she can write them off as business expenses.
Sound illegal?
Scott Juceam told me that Roni advised him to hide his boat, cars and money in his fiance's name so he would qualify for an OIC. He also said that she switched pay scales for Scott and Lorena so he would me less on paper and qualify for an OIC.
Sound illegal?
Scott Juceam told me that he and Russell Deutch go to an oriental tanning/massage place that has been busted for prostitution to get "the extra special massage" on a regular basis. They are both married.
Sound sleazy and illegal?
Scott Juceam told me that Roni gives him well over the $10,000 each year in unreported cash payments so he doesn't have to pay taxes on it.
Sound illegal?
I am so glad I found out about these people before I got more involved with their family than I did.

Unethical And Possibly Illegal

Roni has her mother on the payroll. Her mother doesn't work there. Roni presents her mother with very expensive gifts at the annual company Christmas party. I think she does this to write her mother's gifts off as business expenses.
Sound illegal?
Roni did an OIC for her step brother, Scott Juceam. Scott liked to brag me and several other employees that Roni switched paychecks with him and his fiance so he would make quite a bit less on paper so he would qualify for the OIC. Sound illegal?
Russell Deutch has "Directors of Taxation Services" (telemarketers) tell potential clients that the firm is almost at the limit for clients for the month. There is no limit. This is told to potential clients so they don't hesitate to pay.
Sound unethical?
Russell Deutch and Scott Juceam (as told to me by Scott Juceam) are regular customers at Beach Tanning. This business has been busted more than once for operating as a house of prostitution.
Russell Deutch and Scott Juceam are both married.
Sound sleazy?
It was rupted that Roni had a female employee fired for fear of reporting unwanted sexual advances.
Sound illegal?
