I received a billing statement for over $600.00 from the Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay. Creditor: RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC, Assignee of Fingerhut. I have never ordered any merchandise nor received any prior bills concerning the amount of this bill statement. I have not had any business transactions with the Fingerhut Corporation in over 14 years. These are deceptive practices that this company is perpetrating by portraying themselves as a law firm and attorneys. This is in direct violation of the Fair Dept Collections Practices Act. I have contacted the Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay, RJM Acquisitions, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General's Office, and the Better Business Bureau to report and dispute this debt.

This Mitchell N. Kay, attorney or not, is a bad, bad boy!

See this url where Kay's attempt to defraud some folks on a real estate deal was dismissed in court (bogus BS):

http://www.courts.state.ny.us/reporter/slips/14457.htm

Then contiue to this url to see why you should never give this "lawyer" or his firm any credit info:

I wonder if this butthead even bothers to pay his own bills!

More crooked "lawyers" (and I use the term loosely). Call 'em what they are: RIP-OFF SCAM ARTISTS!
