Complaint Review: LAW OFFICES OF MITCHELL N. KAY FOR RJM ACQUISITIONS/FINGERHUT

I received a letter from the Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay on behalf of RJM Funding LLC, Assignee of Fingerhut.

I have never authorized and account with them, nor have I ever purchased merchandise from Fingerhut.

The bill I received was in the amount of $868.43 from 1998 for furniture and a vacuuum cleaner.

I have been unsuccessful in receiving any help by phone from the people at Mitchell Kay's office or by Fingerhut.

I intend to follow this through to the end with a drop-dead letter to the collector, and if necessary a small claims suit if this is not removed from my credit file.
