To whom it my concern,

My name is Mr. Matthew Hall and I'm writing this letter in dispute of the Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay saying that I owe on a phone from T-Mobile I never owned in 2003.

I was told this account was opened in October of 2003 In Norfolk, Virginia when In fact in October of 2003 I lived in Jacksonville, Florida. Being in the military I can verify orders stating my duty station of the time accused.

My entire life I never owed a T-Mobile Phone, I only deal with NEXTEL. Not saying this is your fault but I just need verification stating when the phone account was created, what state and city this account was opened and what the phone number was leading to this account.

I am requesting to see copies of the call history of this account and the contract of this account. I am guessing this is a case of idenity theft. If so, I will be filing a police report and sending you copies of the report. I also want to bring up the lack of
professionalism in your firm.

First my wife called and spoke with a woman and she stated she didnt want any contact information from us when in fact this has been an issue for four years now.

My wife tried to give her my recall number and she wouldn't take it and hung up. Then I called and spoke with an Indian gentleman and he kept steadily saying just pay it and get it over with, failing to hear me out on my reasons of claiming identity theft. I asked him what to do and he could give me no answers.

So I called back and spoke with a more professional rep
and he gave me all the answers I needed on a very professional level. I asked him why didn't the other gentleman tell me these things and he stated that he has been there for a while.

I didn't get any names which I know is the first mistake. Being in the Navy you learn If you ever get into any altercations take names. Well I hope we can get this situation figured out because It's steady
on my mind.

I dont know what else you guys need so at the bottom of this letter I'm gonna put all my info down so I can recieve my contract and call history. I thank you for your time and hope to get this settled very soon.

Just for future refernce you do have rights and you are able to dispute this kind of thing with the credit beruas and Tmobile at that point im sure there is an investigation to identify the origin at the start of the service. The collection company will not take exscuses due to the type of business they do everyday and make a living off of so make sure you go to the correct departments/company to help you out with this sort of thing. And for the billing information you are requesting; don't demand it! what if you were a fraudster Tmobile is not going to give you any further information to help you do more identity theft. When filing your report all the records are used for the investigation unless you are looking to do all the work yourself. Just make sure sometimes you put yourself in a corporations shoes and follow the steps to assist resolving the wrong doing that was done to you.
