Complaint Review: Law Offices Of Mitchell N. Kay

Mitchell Kay Law offices has send me a collection letter. They were so nice as to cut the balance of 138.43 in half to $69.21 to settle. I was give the standard 30 days to dispute the validity or they will assume this debt is valid. We all know what our mothers tell us about assuming.

I hold T Mobile reasonable for letting a collection company with their reputation handle their accounts. I have never done business of any kind with T Mobile and will not in the future. It says alot about a company who puts someone in charge of their accounts who intimidates people the way they do in their form letters.
I have seen the form letter which is sent in responce to the dispute. They don't send any verification of the debt but tell you they are sending your file back to the original company.

How many people pay this money when they don't owe a thing?
