Considering I have never had a client named Gene Williams in my 20 years of practice, it is clearly evident that you are either a competitor, a disgruntled lawyer or a defendant whose derriere I brutally kicked in a previous case, and now you think you are cute by filing a report under an assumed name (while you complain of my name change). How ironic is that?
Looking at your primitive spelling and diction, I am of the opinion that you are a defendant who opposed me in a case and had your butt handed to you by me.
And not that it concerns you, but I changed my name 4 years ago and you are 4 years late to the game. People change their names all the time, you idiot. There were 6,865 Petitions for Name Change filed in Orange County last year alone. Get your facts straight before speaking out of disallowed orifices.
