Said he filed motion papers in Supreme Court which he never did, I had to call him everytime. Left me to represent myself in Family court causing me to panic and causing me to lose my pregancy. I retained Tommy Alejandro on April 15, 2009 for $1500.00 which I paid $1000.00 up front on the April 15th and another $500.00 on April 23, 2009 on a court case we had together which he didn't should up until after court. I had to represent myself as per the judge. The attorney has not done anything. He doesnt return phone calls or go to family court or Supreme court after he told me he was. Lied to me about filing motion. He was disbarred as of June 11, 2009 and id not tell me. I had a court date on June 15th. He sent another attorney David Bushing without informing me. When I called him, he said he had another case, he did not tell me his status. So searching the internet I found he was featured on Eyewitness News, Kew Gardens, New York. I would like my folder and my $1500.00 back. I hope to contact seven on yourside eyewitness news.
