Promised, in writing and verbally, to help stop telemarketing callers. But he did nothing, nada, zilch.  All he did was collect the information I had about telemarketers contacting me and used it to draft class action lawsuits, using my identity as the plaintiff.  I was never once told in advance that he was using my identity to file class action lawsuits. 

He told me that he would get me money, from $500-$1500 per telemarketing call from violators of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  But he never did that. He never contacted the violators.  He only used my information and identity to draft class action lawsuits.  But he never filed any class action lawsuits and just stopped working for me and never told me that he stopped.  He just quit.  He just stopped.  And I only know that he quit because he stopped contacting me.

Huge waste of time.  Did not truthfully disclose his true intentions or services.  I received nothing of value  - no relief from telemarketers, no money collected on my behalf, nothing.
