I took my vehicle to the dealer with several issues on the vehicle, including a broken driver's seat, a door that won't lock (SAFETY ISSUE!!), and an interior light that won't come one. They replaced the part on the driver seat, but cracked the piece it attaches to. Promised to replace the worn out fabric as it was “unusual wear pattern” as they told me, it has since become a hole in the seat.

They replaced the light, but it doesn't work. They removed the door to inspect it and scratched the handle and the paint where they slid the door across a table (scratches are vertical and were not there prior to taking in the vehicle). They said that they needed to order the parts. Several months went along and they never notified me if the parts came in.

I called and complained and was told they would check on it, but they would need the vehicle for several days to figure out why the door won't lock. I told them that they need to provide a loaner vehicle. They called me on Oct 23, 2017 to tell me that the parts were on their way and they would provide the loaner car but had to call back when the parts arrived. They never called.

I went in several months later and was told that the parts were not ordered. Several more months and still nothing. I went back in and they told me because I never came in to pick up the parts they sold them to someone else. I was never notified that they were in! They re-ordered the parts and have yet to notify me that the parts are in and it has now been almost 2 years without ANY communication from the dealership.

Every time I go into the dealership, they try to blame me for not having the parts, but they give no effort to get the parts in a timely manner nor do they communicate with their customers. Meanwhile, I have a door that doesn't lock, which provides for an unsafe vehicle, both while driving (locked doors are safer in a crash) and when parked and unattended anyone can get into my vehicle. A tear in the seat and a light that doesn’t work. I demand action to fix the items NOW!
