Our consignment with above company was entered into a written agrreement, within a year we were informed that the item was too high in price and therefore not selling, if we were to lower our asking price it shall certainly move faster,we agreed to this, however after realizing we missed our item and the choice to accept less was unwise ,we initiated preparation thru written request to remove contracted merchandise from his showroom, request was denied on the premise that a down payment had been received with intent to secure item for full payment,we do have a video taped scenario of larry calling the alledged buyer ,a one person audible conversation of him requesting full payment on our behalf, saying we were inpatient and rightfully so ,as he appeared to expedite matters, the taped phone call also shows the apparent confirmation ,the matter of sending a "check out today" is announced , after coercion that the item should furthermore remain 30 days,we were promised to receive a sum of $6000.00 or ability to pick up the piece, this to be written out within a week with granted request for date of pick-up ,in the event of non payment by buyer , my calls received no attention as it became apparent i would have diffuculty aquiring a first step into payment of sold hutch or its return ,i took pictures of a second buyers contract complete with freight ,8 months [nov.1 2002]later our piece was said to have finally "sold" but he could only issue us a sum of 2000.oo,which i still have not yet received ,he insists that he personally licked the stamp on the envelope, which he definetly sent, regardless ,I still have received nothing, sent , or not, please advise proper channels that i would assist in the matter of prosecution ,if any, sincerely ,
