I have received several emails stating that they are going to file a lawsuit against me for non payment of a payday loan. I have requested the original documentation.But he says that then court will not release the papers until payment is made.I find this to be wrong.They should have a copy of the file in house.I think anyway.I have sent a $25.00 ITunes card and not received any documentation.
