Complaint Review: Layla's

I did not want to leave a tip on my Debit Card but I forgot to mark through the spaces. A couple days later I checked my checking account online and saw that they took out 20 dollars over what the actual bill was. I called my bank to make sure it wasn't just a charge they put on there. After I confirmed that it wasn't I called Layla's and told them about it they told me they couldn't do anything until the owner got there and said he would call me. He never called, so I called and he accused me of falsely accusing his employee and was not helpful at all. I am still short 20 dollars and if it wasn't for my dad I would be getting charged a fee of 30.00 every day that I was in the hole in my bank account.
