Layson's Restorations Inc They triple charged my credit card and refused to give my money back or issue a credit to my credit card. After my repeated emails, they finally issed a partial credit. lakewood, Washington

I'm restoring a 68 Charger and needed a LIST of parts.  I sent an email to Micheal Phelan listing all of the parts that I was interested in.  I told him that I was only interested in what they had in stock in their Washington location.  He was informed that he should not backorder any other parts.  What they had was all I was going to buy.  My boyfriend went in and picked up the 6 or 7 items that they had in stock.  My credit card was charged for those parts. In the mean time, Micheal quit answering my emails.  Micheal said that he was working on the other items.  I told him DO NOT place an order for any more parts.  We're done.  That week, two more charges hit my credit card.  I've got a long string of emails (mostly me emailing him) to confirm all statements.     DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!    They never sent me any of the remaining parts yet they didn't hesitate to charge my credit card for them. 

yes, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
