La-Z-Boy Delivered new custom recliners that squeak and wobble; one back is crooked. Customer service has come out 3 times and replaced 3 parts. Still junk. Ky Louisville
We’ve owned 14 LZB recliners in the past and these don’t begin to measure up. On one chair, squeaks and loose legs; on second chair, squeaks, back crooked. Customer care has been out 3 times and replaced 3 different parts.
Service person takes pics and agrees with our assessment. Store manager says he’s never seen pics and service report indicates none of the problems. Warranty is worth nothing. LZB's quality has sunk to trash.
