Complaint Review: La-z-Boy

La-z-Boy product broke in 6 months...takes forever to someone come and take a look and see if they will replace when it's under warranty

Bought a recliner 6 months ago at lazyboy. Yesterday it broke when I was sitting (I’m not that fat) called customer service and the first date available is in two weeks or a day that would work
for me in 6 weeks...so I’m here taking a day off/changing schedules work because lazy boy bad customer service...

if I can’t make it that day it would be another two weeks...It’s ridiculous they can only come on a random day per week or two weeks for such an expensive chair that lasted only 6 months. I’m really disappointed in the quality of the chair/recliner and the bad customer service
