Lazer Storm Igia, Lazer Storm ripoff Los Angeles California
I was watching TV one day and a infommmercial was running advertising the Lazer Storm vaccum. The deal was that you order one vaccum and you get one free and as an added bonus you would receive an steamer. Well to my surprise when I received the vaccum I not only got two vaccums but I received FOUR of the Lazer Storm vaccums but I did not receive the steamer. I tried calling the company and emailing them and NEVER got a hold of anyone. They charged me 157.35 plus 193.37 and now my charge card has a charge of 395.24 on it which includes a late fee! I am totally outraged at this. I plan on telling everyone I know to not buy from this company. I am going to ship all four vaccums back to the company with a letter. The vaccums are crap anyway. This infommercial was a big RIP-OFF. Shame on this company!!!!
