Complaint Review: Lazer Storm

Lazer Storm has ripped me off as well. I received my credit card bill long before my order. It was at least double what I expected. I called and finally got a person with a Hispanic accent. She said hello and immediately dropped me into a supervisor's voicemail. I left a message and have followed it with two emails to customer care with no response.

I received my order and it was doubled as others have reported. The vacuum does not perform as shown and is a rip-off. They show how easy it is to clean and no filter needed. When you order it, you are offered filters? We found that it clogs quickly and looses suction.

The ordering system was a sophisticated voice recording system. They trap you into ordering 2 of the vacuums (which is what the special is), which doubles the order to 4. I was not given a total price, an order number or shipping rates. I had no idea what the cost was until it appeared on my credit card.
