I found this website today and read about how others have been ripped off by this company using a prestigeous name. Like the others I received a double order and have repeatedly tried to find a way to return this bad quality over-advertised product called the LazerStorm vacuum. I only expected to be charged for the one vacumm with the promo and also to receive a steam cleaner. I ordered the vacumm vby tv promo on July 31. The ship date was 9/21/05 I received it near the end of Sept or first of Oct. I have tried to make contact since Nov 2 2005. I like everyone else wonders how this type of company can keep this up with all the different ads on tv and internet. My order ref# is 7658380.
