The LazerStorm vacuum was ordered via credit card on 8/30/05 thru a tv offer of 2 vacumms and a "bonus" steamer. all for the price of 59.79 plus shipping and handling.

Realizing this offer should have not been purchased, I immediately contacted IGIA/Singer Lazer Storm at which I spent an hour waiting for a live operator, but, only heard a recorded message offering me one thing after another.

So I went to the internet and sent them an e-mail, in which they replied they would get back to me in 24 hours; they didn't (and by the way, 14 days later, and, I still haven't heard from them).

But getting back to that day (September 1st I believe)... I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation and that I would like to stop payment, but, they informed me that there was an amount in pending already and I should try again to contact the company which I did for several days (and several hours of waiting and listening to a recording).

I wrote IGIA/Singer Lazer Storm via e-mail that I wanted to cancel the order, and again, they e-mailed me that they would get back to me in 24 hours; they didn't!

So, the 2 vacuums arrived today, minus the "bonus" steamer and with out any "30 day money back guarantee" notice, as promised on the web site. I have an invoice, and that's where it gets strange, because the have the total as $156.85 and a balance of $79.90... and get this... where the card card/check # is written... I don't recognize that number at all.
