Lazer Storm Vaccum are impossible to get in touch with.
I ordered there vaccum .The special was buy one and get one free. They sent me four vaccums and charged my credit card $313.70.
The shipping along was 74.00. I spoke with a young man a week after. He told me to be home on sunday for the next few weeks. He said they would pick them up. It was several weeks later they picked up one because that was on the order. Fed Ex gave me a receipt with a tag # on it.
I never recieved credit on that one and I have one more in the box. My order was in July 26 05.
