LAZOR STORM, SINGER LAZOR STORM VACUUM ripoff, LAZOR STORM NEVER SENT! BUT I WAS CHARGED New York New York
I have the same complaint many have had. I also ordered a Singer Lazor Storm Vacuum on June 28, 2005 and have never received it. I was charge $266.85 on my credit card two days later.
It is now 10/10/05 and I have not received my vacuum. I have called the 800-711-8357 to only be put on hold for over an hour then hung up on! I was also given the 800-716-8667 to have the same thing happen.
Now on their recording they give you an email address of customercare@singerlazor.com that fails everytime you send an email. I would just love to get in touch with someone to cancel my order!
I hope that someone out there has an answer for me!
