My wife sourced lazy d out on Facebook and comunicated with Dara. We live in Texas so everything was done mainly over text (hard to get her on the phone). We found buck in her listings and decide to drive 8hr to NM for Texas to pick him up. We agreed on $2500 for full breeding rights from her standard $2000. We meet at a gas station. She stated to us right before pickup that she had ran out of paper and was unable to rewrite contract and print for us to get his full rights.
We spoke briefly and we paid only $2000 do to not having the correct paperwork and we could pay the $500 later for his breeding rights. We exchange the $2000 for the dog and got back on the road.
Rio (buck was her name for him) is now 9 months old and we have contacted her multiple times attempting to get even regular registration for the dog. We have multiple text and FB messages. She claims she has sent them. I'm taking the dog this week to be genetic tested for inbreeding and other know illnesses for the breed.

Mr Curry still owes for breeding rights (an additional $500) and a new contract to include breeding rights as this puppy was purchased under companion terms for $2000. Since the misunderstanding of the terms Mr Curry wanted to purchase the dog under, he will not not pay the additional $500 owed, without registration applications being relinquished to him first. A breeding contract for him to sign was mailed to him, twice.
Breeding rights/new contract must be purchased/signed before any applications are released by us. Our lawyer has been involved acting as escrow for the two parties. No new information has been given or received from the law firm regarding the situation with Mr Curry. He maliciously slandered our business with false and defamatory comments and claims of which he has no proof or knowledge of, on every platform he was able, all while there has been a solution given to him that he is not happy with.
