Lazy Days - Lazydays RV Super Center Lazydays has failed refused to perform per the terms of their agreement ripoff Seffner Florida
We purchased a new RV from Lazydays RV. We traded in our old RV on this transaction. As part of the aggreement Lazyday's aggreed to transfer the sloar panels and regulator to our new RV from our old RV. Lazydays also promised to transfer our in-motion satellite dish to the new RV. Additionally Lazy Days promised to install an extra battery.
When we picked up the new RV, Lazydays broke our aggreement by refusing do the extra battery or transfer the solar panels. It was only after considerable constrination they installed the in motion sattelite system.
Cleary Lazydays was misrepresting themselves. The solar panels were easly removed and the battery brackets should have been installed.
Our desired solution is Lazydays sees that the extra battery is installed and a cominsurate solar system is installed on our new RV.
