What an absolutely terrible experience!! Not only did I buy a coach with major undisclosed structural damage, the warranty i bought won't cover the repairs because they say it was pre-existing damage. I do not recommend Lazydays in any manner.

They claim when you buy a crown club pre-owned unit that they will inspect it and will fix any major issues that it would have prior to you leaving in the coach.

Not only did they NOT do that, they let me leave with items that they supposedly fixed that were not fixed properly causing more issues with the coach.

The coach pulled terribly to the right when I first test drove it and they had put new tires on it.. I clearly told them that the coach needed an alignment as part of my punch list which they agreed to do.. Problem was.. they did not do it right.. less than 5K miles on the new tires and it already has ruined the front tire.. After taking it back to them were it spent nearly 4 weeks in their shop.. they said it was good to go but would not replace the front tire.

The coach also had a major air leak that should have been fixed as it will cause the brake system to malfunction... They said they fixed that but they didn't.. coach still leaks air like crazy and is actually too dangerous to drive.

I was also shocked when after contacting them they said they are not responsible for anything sales people, management or service people say.. The head of their customer service told me that they have 180 plus employees and cant control what they say.. Somehow that is my problem..

This company has all the appearances of a top not company but can only speak from my experience and tell that when it came time to take responsibility for the coach they sold me with so many issues... they ran away faster than I could have imagined..

For the record..

1. When they say they will do a preventive maintenance on a pre-owned coach.. that means they will change the oil... they will not replace any filters... which is just silly!!

2. If the frame on your radiator is crushed from previous damage and the frame around it is totally damaged.. they knowingly will sell the coach without fixing the radiator.. this equaled a $4,000 repair that they will not cover..

3. Finally.. You better get any promise or statement in writing from them in regards to what they are going to fix or not fix on the coach.. you also better get in writing the items they say they will inspect..

In closing.. I have had the following items already replaced on a coach with only 28K miles that I have only owned for 4 months. Also, out of the 4 months.. the coach has sat in the shop for more than 2 of those months..

Radiator... $4k
Coach Dash A/C System $3K
Roof Top Air Conditioner.. $2K
Multiple air leaks.. $1K
A complete Oil Lube and filter service done properly.. $800

Things I still need to fix..

Front Tire needs to be replaced.. $800
Coach still pulls to the right.. $300
Front Windshield has huge wind noise and will need to be replaced $3K
many more other things that I still don't have right but I think you get the picture..

I would never under any circumstances purchase another coach from Lazydays in Tampa or any other lazydays dealership.

Next step for me is.. Filing complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney Generals office, Florida New Dealers Association, Entegra Coach, US Bank, AGW Warranty, Florida Department of Transportation among others.

Buyers beware!!
