We purchased a 2018 THOR OUTLAW from Lazydays on July 08,2018 and it was in the service bay with electrical problems ( deck lights) and scheduled a pickup July 25th, 2018 and arrived for a final walk thru, and they hadnt fixed ANY of the cosmetic issues ( cabinet doors, A?C leakes, etc. and they couldnt get the generator or inverter to work ( more electrical issues ) so we left and they promised repairs and would let us know.

No communication till aug 11, 2018 when Andy Woods called and said the batterys were all charged ????? and it was ready to pick up.We scheduled 13 Aug for pickup and again did a walk thru and NOTHING was repaired again and it got worse....The coach would NOT START and the house batteries were DEAD!!!! At that point i told them it was a total LEMON and wouldnt accept this coach and we left.

NO MORE communication till AUG 31 and they called and said the cabinet doors came in but were worse than the original gouged ones!!!I told them i will no longer accept this coach ( AGAIN) as it is a total LEMON with electrical gremlins!!!!I told them the ONLY options were replacement or refund! SEPT 5th, 2018 we just showed up to resolve this problem with Megan Watson ( customer care mgr. ) and told she had to make some calls, so we went to find the LEMON coach and shure enough it was in the same location in the delivery lot and when i tried to start it, the batteries were ALL still dead!!!!

Back to her office and told her our DISGUST with their whole operation and we would wait till Friday for her to make a decision, so friday came and NO CALL, so finally on wed Sept. 12th she called and said replacement or refund was not a option and if we replaced it, there would be money outa my pocket as now it is a USED RV since it is registered in my name!!!!!

I told her once again she has till Friday for a final answer as im prepared to retain a lawyer for BAD FAITH BREACH OF CONTRACT and LEMON LAW! I also told her i would file complaints with every media outlet i could think of!!! BUYER BEWARE of this NIGHTMARE DEALERSHIP, as i just paid my second payment and never mover the RV a inch and besides that they have sold my tradein trailer!!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Thanks for the advice and i should have done my homework as there are hundreds of complaints on different sites about them, but being a huge dealer and i had already purchased a trailer from them 3 years ago with no problems! Nice to be a repeat customer!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Hire an attorney, hold your ground and get out of the purchase. If a new RV is faulty at this stage, it is foolish to proceed. I never quite understood the mystique of the RV life. Rent one for a month and get it out of your system. With that said, your particular purchase from Lazy Days is not going to get better only worse.
