LBF TRAVEL INC This company have deceived a lot of customers. San Diego California
I've bought fly tickets for my travel to California a few days ago. Also, I've bought an insurance plan at the "LBF Travel Inc" for $49.12 (Travel Guard Policy #(((redacted))).
When I received a statement from the "Bank of America" I disclosured that "LBF Travel Inc" had charged in additional $40.
Many times I tried to call them but I could not get through. Every time any representative told me that it's not her (his) question and gave me another phone number. I called but no one could me an answer why I paid an extra $ 40.
My only wish is to get a money back ($40).
Could you please help me and a lot of other deceived customers?
