This website is a total rip-off. They charged me full price for a LCD part that was damaged, and it was obviously a used part taken out of an old broken LCD monitor. And to top it off, it wasn't even what I ordered - The part they sent me was for a different monitor. In other words, they sold me a useless piece of garbage for about $100.
As others on Ripoff report have complained, they will not answer e-mails to customer service, and there is no phone number to contact them. I have no way to try and return or exchange the part, and the only thing I can do is file a claim with my credit card company to try and get my money back. If that doesn't work, I am out $100 because of this scam website.
STAY AWAY FROM lcdrepair.us !!!
Unless you want to spend big bucks on broken crap that is not even what you ordered, don't go anywhere near this website.
