the website offered repair parts for lcd monitors. I ordered an inverter board, which is a small circuit board that frequently causes computer display monitors, especially Dell, to fail. I specified in detail, the part number, model number etc. I paid $32.20 total incl shipping through paypal. In a reasonable amount of time, I received a box ( which I thought was unreasonably large for the part, even allowing for protective bubble-wrap. I opened it to find a part that was indeed an inverter board but not the correct part number, even though the paperwork with it had the right part number.

I tried to call but no one answered (twice) I emailed and told my problem and got back a rather vague response. I told him that they had simply sent me the wrong one and asked what they were going to do about it.

After 2 or 3 pointless emails, the guy said he was going to ship another one, after I had made sure that he had all the correct details. I asked if he wanted me to return the bad part and he didnt respond to that. Now that I read the other victims letters I understand now that they are probably selling bad parts. Because it is impossible to tell from looking at a PCB if it is good or bad. Well, I got another shipment and it was exactly like the first one...the WRONG PART AGAIN!

I tried to call but of course no one answered. So I sent another email. Then I found this blog...too late!
