When I purchased a bottle of Cerastim from the company, they provided me with a 20% off coupon for any future purchase, no expiration date, no strings attached. When I tried to reorder, they wouldn't honor their coupon. I tried to talk to two customer service reps on the phone who were outright rude to me. I asked to talk to the manager and they said that's worthless, then put me on hold indefinitely. I sent two emails to the support email and they ignored me. I did a search and see that they have 17 Better Business Bureau complaints against them, the latest is they wouldn't honor a refund. I highly suggest you never purchase from this company ever!

Here's my email to the company:

I just got off the phone with two of your customer service individuals who were very unhelpful and the first one I spoke to, I asked to talk to someone else because he was rude and he said he wouldn’t transfer me so I called back.

I’m a customer of yours and have purchased Cerastim as well as several other products of yours. I wanted to reorder Cerastim again. You provided me with a coupon for 20% off any of your products. See attached.

The code is LRC20 as you can see. I went to your website and tried to order 3 bottles then apply the coupon code. The code doesn’t work. It says on your card 20% off my next purchase. Looks like that’s an outright lie because your website rejected the code upon trying to make a purchase!

The second person I talked, Christian, said that’s because it’s retail. Well, what the heck is that supposed to mean? Of course it’s retail, and I’m a buyer! What else would it be. I asked to talk to a manager and he said I’m wasting my time, he won’t help me. After 5 minutes on hold, I hung up. I don’t have time to argue with a company that doesn’t value customer loyalty. Your coupon postcard had no restrictions printed front or back. You should honor what you promised.
