Complaint Review: LD Products Inc

Ripoff Artists LD Products inc. is a company to avoid at all costs.  I ordered toner for my printer off their web site by entering my printer name and model number.  They sent me the wrong toner.  I called as I wanted to return and swap for the correct one.

They basically blew me off and said I did not know what I had ordered and would do nothing.  These people are crooks and you sould not deal with them.  Any reputable company would exchange a produt especially when they send the wrong one.  The people are totally dishonest.  Do not trust them or buy any thing from them.
