LDA Capital claims to be a alternative lending facility, and has a standard contract based on the law of British Virgin Islands. They entice financial advisors, lawyers, to refer to them companies that are in need of capital. They claim to pay a fee of 30% of the commitment fee to the advisor but with a 15-day expiry period. They are in essence setting you up to fail so that as no one can close a financing facility in 15 days.
