Local Dumpster Rental Company (LDR): Review - This is why you should not use this company; First of all, they are a middleman. They are inflating the price of a dumpster you could rent elsewhere for less money.
Next, They are slow to get answers because they have to call the actual dumpster company before they can answer any of your questions. So that causes delays in communication.
Also, they will not take responsibility for their mistakes but they don’t mind charging you for their mistakes. In my situation, they failed to deliver my dumpster on Wednesday as agreed to. But then on Thursday, they would not deliver the dumpster because they said the phone line was too low.
I measured the height and it’s well over 20 feet clearance. So they refunded only part of my money. They kept $150 of my money! But they didn’t deliver it, and they don’t care that it’s their mistake. They are pencil pushers and paper shufflers, and not dumpster people. So if there’s a problem, they won’t have the experience, or foresight to recognize a potential problem until it’s too late.
Avoid this company, save yourself aggravation and money.
