Le Bella Couture boutiqe will take your money and not send your merchandise. I am a victim. She has scammed me and 100's of others out of many thousands of dollars. I placed an order back in February. It is August. When inquiring about my order she refuses to provide tracking info and refuses to issue a refund. Recently, I discovered that she has not shipped 100's of other customers their orders. Also discovered that she has done this before under another business name "Polka Dottie Outie" She is a scam artist. She has closed her internet site down and blocked everyone from emailing her. What she did is very sad and she deserves jail time.
