You guys are a ripoff!! I bought a gift certificate in Feburary. When I purchased this certificate, I was told that you had openings on weekends. It is now August and I have yet to recieve an appointment!! I call weekly,daily and hourly trying to obtain an appointment,but your only concern seems to be if I have a certificate before you can tell me if you have any openings! After research, I have found out that many people have the same complaint. Maybe everyone who has a complaint in reference to this issue should get together an file a class action suit against you. STOP HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE OR GIVE ME MY 400.00 BACK!
