the company sent the product described in the ad on Facebook.  Product arrived and there was no literature saying this was a subscription program.  I opened my bank information to see the upcoming charge.  I called company and immediatly cancelled the program.  Told them I didn't want this to happen.  I believed they would cancel the charge going through my account.  They did not cancell the amount of money in my account.  It was taken out.  I called them and told them I wanted a refund and they at first offered 35%, then 50% and 75%.  I told them I had not even had a chance to use their product.  I would mail it back if that is what was being asked.  Then I hung up.  I called the number in my bank account and talked with a different person named Zeny.  She again offered the percentages refund.  Told her I was not taking anything except 100%.  She said it was going to happen.  In 1-3 business days if it has not shown up I am filing a complaint with the BBB and my local states attorney office.
