Complaint Review: Lead Genesis Partners llc

This company promised me TCPA compliant data, which means that the customer expressly requested to be contacted for solicitation.   This written, expressed opt-in for solicitation is so powerful that it can even overpower the federal Do Not Call list.  

I was promised in an email to recieve this tcpa compliant data but instead I got random peoples information and unknowingly opened myself up to prosecution.  Unfortunately, due to some loophole in Visa MC system, we need to produce a written statement from a well known competitor stating that the data they sold me was worthless. 

Needless to say I lost my dispute but hopefully I can stop the next person from falling victim to these scammers.  Buyer Beware!
