In researching live lead transfers I came upon www.mortgageleads4less.com. Upon a number of phone calls and emails with the sales rep - Christi Fiovanni and our Operations Manager, we decided on April 21, 2011 that we would sign a Lead Campaign Order Form and Return Policy Form with a note that we were told that our success rate would be between 8-12%. 

This order was for 25 live leads at $25.00 each.  Upon Lead Services & More receiving this order form, they then sent us a invoice in the amount of $625.00.  I was told that they do not take credit cards and only wanted money deposited directly into their bank account with Bank of America.

The following week we did not hear from anyone.  I then started placing calls and leaving messages for someone to get back to me.  After seven calls and no call backs, I reallized that the company was taken by Lead Services & More, Inc.

I must thank you for your response seeing how no one else in your firm would
answer my firm and/or Better Business Bureau calls or letters. However, I felt
it was necessary to give your company one more try and I called on July 22,
2011 (12:57PM), July 25, 2011 (4:15PM) and July 26, 2011 (4:41PM) and still
have not received a call back.  With this being said, I request that the $625.00
deposit be returned to me as soon as possible because obviously your firm is
too busy to return a customer calls even to place an order. Thank you.

Unfortuneately the promotional offer you enrolled in had expired before your payment was received, our processing department alerted your company of this fact and you currently have had a credit to your account of $625.


Our promotions change weekly and monthly depending on the supply and demand of our services, you will be able to use your credit any way you wish, or wait for the promotion to come back up, it is a common promo we use for new cleints to try our services.
