This company posts misleading recruitment ads for positions on almost every job search website imaginable. Research into the company leads you to believe that it is a legitimate marketing contractor with various big-box stores in the area (including Home Depot).

While they may indeed have a contract with Home Depot, they pay many new employees based on 100% commission, luring job-seekers in with promises of salaried management positions in the future. Operations like this often work by multi-level marketing strategy, where one full time manager is supported by the work of several employees working for small commissions only, lured in on the false pretenses of a legitimate job offer.

The company contacted me personally less than 24 hours after I had submitted my resume online, thinking it was a legitimate standard CSR position that I was applying for. When I asked if the position was 100% commission, the caller became instantly agitated with me and hung up abruptly.
