Complaint Review: Leaders Merchant

I also had a very bad experience with Leaders Merchant.  If you haven’t signed with them, don’t!  You’ll regret it.  If you made my mistake and signed, their trick is for their sales reps to quote you reasonable rates and then write excessive fees into their contract fine print which you “Agree” to when opening your account.  Remember…the original conversation you had with the sales rep was recorded!  To get my fraudulent charges back, I adamantly reminded Cortney Meyers, a supv in their main office, about this conversation which forced her to refund the excess charges. I then canceled my LM account and closed my checking account (a pain) to prevent them from continuing to willfully charge me.  Their president and CEO is Brandon J. Wolfe; public records indicate an address of (((Redacted))), Newbury Park, CA  (((Redacted))) and phone of (((Redacted))).  I suspect and hope a class-action suit will shut them down.  Good luck.
