Complaint Review: Leaders Merchant Card Services

leaders Merchant Card Services located in a number of CA cities is the most fraudulent credit card servicing companies I have encountered in 16 years of doing business. Almost from the start their fraud department denied credit card charges their sales rep stated we could bill. We fired them after a short period and learned that they were still drafting our business account up to $1315 a year even though we were not using them at all. Registered letters, faxes, and phone calls were in vain. Finally our bank shut them down and refunded our $700 in cancellation fees which were so high because they managed to call our one account two companies. Their customer service supervisor refused to render his name and hung up on us when we asked they refund money. They are a terrible company and should make anyone think twice about listening to any of their account executives. They lie.
