I called in to ask about terminating my gift card program. They said i have to fill in the form and fax it.

I did fax teh form but with Huge NOTE i said "PLEASE CALL IF ANY FEES ASSOSIATED WITH IT" before cancelling.

Apparently they did not call but they did cancel the account and charged $125 cancellation fee. So i called back and i asked why did'nt they call before cancelling. The gift card cust service told me that they did call But my phone is "out of service". At this point i knew they just wanted to RIPOFF.

My cell phone on file is always working and never out of service. I did not get any call. But anyways they said if i cancelled it a month later there would not be any fees. So i asked them to consider my request and reinstate the service so i can cancel the service later after a month. So i can get my fees back.

GUESS WHAT, If they reinstate it they said my contract would be renewed to 2 years. So i cannot reintsate or i can either get my cancellation fee back.

FOR NO MISTAKE OF MINE, They just found a way to RIPOFF $125. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUSINESSES TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

You wanna know why JUST READ THEIR TRICKY CANCELLATION POLICY AND CONTRACT IN small letters.
