I had signed up for a Leaders Merchant Account back in December of 2010. In their welcome packet was supposed to be a plate so that I could use a manual credit card machine. I had called them several times about the missing plate. On March 3rd the company charges me $9.95 for what I do not know. I called them and told them at that point I wanted to cancel because I never got my plate. They issued a refund of $9.95 on March 16th and emailed me a form to fill out stating why I was cancelling. I filled out the form and emailed it back. Well then on April 4th, they charged me $64.95 which I guess is a cancellation fee. I called my bank and they told me to work with the Merchant to get a refund. I did just that. At that point they told me they would process the refund and it would post the following Tuesday. Well after hounding them for the refund for 30 days, they finally informed me that they wouldn't give me a refund after all. Not their fault that I did not use their service or ever get the plate. I contacted the bank and they faxed me a form to fill out to dispute the charge. Now again on May 3rd, another brand new charge of $39.95 to my account. These charges have caused me to become over drawn and the bank has assessed me $35.00 each time for being over drawn. This is totally rediculous, these charges are unauthorized. I never used or got anything from them.
