I agree with so many of the complaints on this board.  Very very similar problems and in many cases the exact same problem has happened to me.  They also charged me $99 just 2 months after signing up in March 2009.  They are very tricky.  When signing up, they had a sales person go thru their fee disclosure form and then there is a very small print disclaimer that asks you to read their online Merchant Processing Agreement.  Basically, they can create whatever fee they want as they go along.  Over the months they came up with more fees: Additional Fees that keep going up, increased Security Fee and Batch Header Fee (started in Sept). Every time I call them about a new fee that they have tacked on, they are rude and the amount of time that it takes to dispute things just adds to the time lost (which is also lost money). 


So here are my numbers: June total fee percentage was 10%!; July fees 6%; August fees 6%; Sept fees 5%; Oct fees 5%


The craziest thing is that it is exactly these percentages.  I didn't round these up or down.  I am so tired of dealing with these crooks, that I would rather "waste" my time just warning people to Never sign up with them so they can lose the sales.
